Key skills:
- Machine Learning: Proven experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Deep Learning: Familiarity with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs) and their applications in relevant domains like image recognition, natural language processing, or recommender systems.
- Data Science: Strong foundation in data science principles, including data analysis, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Programming Languages: Expertise in Python for data manipulation, model development, and scripting.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying and managing machine learning models.
- Version Control (Git): Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.
What are you going to do:
We are seeking a talented AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing Tech Startup in the Luxury Retail sector. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance our product, optimize operations, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems in the retail domain (e.g., text and image analysis, pricing models, recommender systems etc).
- Engineer and maintain data pipelines for data acquisition, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Train machine learning models using various algorithms.
- Integrate machine learning models into our existing infrastructure and applications.
- Leverage existing LLMs based on the project requirements.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to define and implement AI-powered solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/Machine Learning research and best practices.
- Document your technical work clearly and concisely for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python (with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with data wrangling tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Spark).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for innovation and a strong desire to apply AI to solve real-world problems.
