Data & Analytics team is seeking a highly driven and analytical Director of Data Analytics to lead a dynamic, cross-functional team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making and delivering actionable insights that fuel one of JLL key client innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of data and BI analysts, client delivery managers (domain owners), data architects, and data governance specialists. Foster a culture of customer obsession, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs. Translate their requirements into a coherent, scalable data strategy and roadmap.
• Own the data supply chain - from data ingestion and integration to transformation, modeling, and reporting. Establish robust governance and quality controls to ensure data integrity.
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to uncover hidden insights and opportunities. Champion a test-and-learn mindset.
• Evangelize a culture of data-driven decision making. Equip your team and stakeholders with the tools, skills, and data literacy to make informed, data-backed choices.
• Continuously optimize processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to increase the team's speed, agility, and impact.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership roles, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, BI, and advanced analytics, with hands-on experience in tools like SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS Quicksight.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace Amazon's leadership principles.

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

180,000.00 – 220,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
