The Senior Data Analyst is an integral part of the Data and Analytics team, supporting Laurel Road’s Marketing and Compliance teams. Working as part of a cross-functional team to help further Laurel Road’s growth and strategy using data and insights. As a business partner the role will work cross functionally to identify data needs across teams while delivering detailed and automated solutions for these needs. The Senior Data Analyst will develop a strong knowledge of Laurel Road’s Deposit and Lending products and create reporting and dashboards for the entire product suite which emphasize results reporting for each marketing channel. They will be responsible for performing detailed analyses to develop campaign and member insights along with creating marketing campaign lists and controls reporting. Role responsibilities also include development of business strategic recommendations to support the achievement of company growth KPIs.
Success factors include a combination of Business Knowledge (Product KPIs, Profitability), Technical Skills (Sas Coding, Data Visualization, Excel), Communication Skills (Relationship Building, Data Translating, Presentation), and Strong Attention to Detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Innovative: Support the development of A/B and Multi-variate tests while also performing detailed analyses of these test.
- Cross Functional Partner: Continued collaboration with business partners to develop in depth solutions to cater to business needs.
- Creative Thinking: Drive key story telling through the creation of detailed dashboards highlighting key business KPIs.
- Business Owner of Portfolio Insights: Use both quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide insights on product performance, along with industry and macroeconomic trends.
- Cross Functional Partner: Successfully communicate technical concepts to all business partners regardless of their technical experience.
- Problem Solving: Identify data and reporting needs across teams and develop analytics framework to create reporting solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Support the forecasting process for lending and deposits products while establishing benchmarks and monitoring business progress towards these benchmarks.
- Cross Functional Partner: Collaborate with key stakeholders including Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Communicate strategic insights to senior leaders and other key stakeholders to drive decision-making.
- Leadership: Role model to others – may coach and develop; Ability to effectively work in a matrixed organization with colleagues across various reporting structures.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000 to $120,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
