WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for Senior Data Scientist to join us! In this role you’ll be responsible for providing value from data in various customer projects. The work starts from understanding the customer’s data together with the customers’ domain experts and setting hypotheses leading towards valuable results. You’ll constantly get to deepen your theoretical knowledge by testing the results of the latest scientific research in practice as well as to develop your software development skills by designing and implementing production-ready AI solutions.

For this role we’re looking for Data Scientist with a few years’ experience in software engineering and/or data science.

Besides these core skills we see that you’re experienced in most of the following matters:

• Ability to understand documents written in Finnish
• Preventive maintenance and time series data
• Implementation of production systems
• Applied knowledge in machine learning
• Linear algebra, multivariable calculus, statistics
• Python + either Tensorflow or Pytorch
• Docker and DevOps
• Azure ML ecosystem
• Considered an advantage:
  • Spatial analytics and software (e.g. QGIS)
  • Bayesian statistics
  • Signal processing
