THE ROLE As the  Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist, you will collect and analyse complex business and application data and create reports that drive efficiencies and improvements for Revinate and our customers. You develop, deploy and maintain complex dynamic dashboards to support the business strategy. You collect and interpret business and application data to inform management and operations about current situations and identify and interpret patterns and opportunities for improvement. Ultimately you will be able to forecast trends for decision makers. You are able to work independently, as well as with your team members, cross functional peers and (senior) management. Also you have the skill to operate effectively across geographies, which needs a cultural awareness. You are inquisitive and can work with confidential data.

What You'll Do

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand reporting need and gather business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Assess and understand data stored in our Data Warehouse
• Interpret results by using statistical techniques and translate the relevant information into reports and data visualisation solutions
• Help roll out new dashboards and processes
• Effectively communicate complex findings into actionable and understandable results for both operations and discussions with management

What you'll Bring

• Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics or another relevant study, with strong affinity for numbers and information systems
• 1-3 years  of work experience
• English fluency
• Familiarity with Python and Machine Learning
• Experience working with SQL
• Experience working with Looker, Tableau or other BI/Dashboarding tools
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and reasoning skills to collect and interpret data
