We are looking for a Data Analyst to create and manage insights and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge for our client and content/social media team. In this role, you should have a background in data and business analysis. You should be analytical and an excellent communicator. If you also have a business acumen, problem-solving aptitude and strong attention to detail, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence system to help us make better decisions.

Requirements

  • Required work experience: at least 4 years analyzing social media performance
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities
  • Comfortable managing client communication without requiring involvement from an account manager
  • Excellent organizational Skills
  • Communication skills external (clients) and internal ( creative and social teams)
  • Comfortable managing small teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide your expertise across different campaigns: measurement & analytics of both organic and paid  campaigns, measurements/analytics of social media channels, influencers, channel optimization, and reporting.
  • Working across multiple client accounts to provide the best delivery and results in various campaigns;
  • Measurement/analytics of campaigns: constantly providing insights to the internal teams and clients based on data;
  • Working within set KPIs to plan and achieve campaign goals;
  • Benchmarking and measuring social media and digital activities; 
  • Weekly and monthly data/intelligence reviews with project teams on campaign and social performance with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
  • Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items
  • Collaborate with organic social and other paid media account leads to ensure strategies are aligned across all channels
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Conduct extensive audience, and platform research to help inform Social (holistic approach) strategies for our clients
  • Process, analyze and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
  • Experience in monitoring digital and social crises
  • Collaborate with other team members on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts
  • Support clients and team members on non-social paid media initiatives when departmental needs arise
  • Data Visualization is a must ( Experience with Tableu, Data Studio and so on)

  • Experience managing paid search and social budgets is a plus, from conceptual planning to tactical recommendations, across Google, Bing, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
