ICF 's Disaster Management division is seeking a Production and Data Analysis Specialist in Puerto Rico!  


This position is hybrid (home and office) full-time position located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Learn more about our programs in Puerto Rico here.

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Collect, interpret, and analyze data, variances, and trends.
•    Prepare reports and models, as well as identifying and documenting enhancements to modeling techniques
•    Identify important and interesting questions about large datasets, then translate those questions into concrete analytical tasks.
•    Build quantitative models with data and communicate the results of those models to stakeholders.
•    Help conceptualize, as well as perform, data analyses to summarize trends.
•    Develop and execute database queries that in turn support developing/formatting modeling inputs.

MUST HAVE Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    5+ years of experience as a project manager, data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar role
•    5+ years’ experience in MS Excel including use of advanced formulas, charts, and formatting to create polished and “client-ready” deliverables.
•    2+ years’ experience with Python Scripts, QuickBase and/or PowerBI.
•    Bi-Lingual English and Spanish

Preferred Skills/Experience:
•    Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Access, Microsoft CRM
•    Experience with state and local governments, and the types of initiatives necessary to help them rebuild following significant disruptions, such as natural disasters.
•    Experience with, or understanding of, federally funded disaster recovery programs and regulations.
•    Demonstrated ability to internally monitor all program and project activities to ensure quality control and quality assurance and be prepared for federal audits of program activities.

Professional Skills:
•    Oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain KPIs, reporting metrics, report analysis/results to executive leadership.
•    Ability to work on several projects or tasks simultaneously.
•    Ability to work independently or as a team.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$64,273.00 - $109,264.00
