The Role

As a Solutions Delivery and Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing organizational data and systems in line with business requirements. You will define and monitor key controls and metrics for identifying processes that support Finance systems. You will engage stakeholders to define and drive solutions, escalating as necessary to support Finance functions. You will actively participate in transformation activities related to Finance systems and related data elements.

How you'll contribute

• Engage stakeholders to define and drive solutions to support Finance processes, through management of user/stakeholder queries and issues impacting Finance systems.
• Document issues identified and recommended tactical solutions.
• Raise change requests to help define and drive solutions
• Escalate issues accordingly, coordinating across stakeholders and senior management

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Management of Information Systems or any related course
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong project management skills to help organize, coordinate and manage cross-functional tasks
• Experienced in managing stakeholders both vertically and across functions
• Strong background in one or more of the reporting operations disciplines or areas of Finance
• Preferably with experience in Finance or business-related fields in Financial Services
• Background in Oracle systems strongly preferred
• Experienced in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and develop proposals for solutions
• Experienced in identifying problems, take appropriate actions to resolve issues, and proactively escalate as necessary
• Clear and concise communication (written and verbal) skills
