Minimum Qualifications: Must currently be enrolled in a recognized and accredited Canadian post-secondary institution throughout the duration of the co-op term. They must also be returning to a post-secondary institution after the co-op term is completed. Depending on the needs of the team, they must be either willing to work Pacific Time hours or relocate to Vancouver.

Responsibilities
- Participation in the health and safety programs of Teck to ensure that everyone on site goes home safe and healthy every day
- Leverage data analytics to drive insights and decision making
- Identify opportunities to improve Autonomous programs in alignment with these 6 pillars: Program Vision & Governance, Value Proposition, Performance Management, Operating Model & Resourcing, Operating Discipline, and Technology Management
- Develop impactful steering committee presentations that guide the organization towards key insights and prioritized outcomes
- Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business
Qualifications
- Working towards an Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil or Geological), or Commerce (Operations and Logistics, Business Technology Management, or General Business Management)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a capability to communicate complex ideas to all levels
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Strong project management and project evaluation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Competency in 3D mine planning software an asset
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
