Head of Data Analytics

The Role:

Collaborating with the Chief Data Officer (CDO), this role leads Go1’s efforts to build data driven Executive Insight, partner with Product teams to design, deploy and monitor experimentation processes, assist Product teams to develop “Gold Status” BI and work with the Data Enablement and Data Architecture functions to develop enterprise data assets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Go1 Strategy and Planning team to build and automate Executive Dashboards
• Create the culture to explore dashboards with analytical techniques to unearth. data driven insights (particularly of the kind that haven’t been anticipated.
• Build and lead Go1’s process to experimentation on its platform, and own the cultural change to ensure we are able to derive benefits from this discipline.
• Identify data sources that are on the critical path for strategic insight and/or value creation and make the case for deployment onto the data platform.
• Build a BI COE that advises and fast tracks the wider Go1 community’s ability to generate value from data.
• Work with the CDO to build the Data Enablement workforce plan.
• Focus teams on solving critical customer problems of high strategic and commercial importance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree in Statistics (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated analytics experience.
• Solid experience with data cleansing/data integrity practices, SQL-type databases, SQL script and Data Visualisation in Power BI or equivalent.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
