Opportunity, Responsibilities, & Mission

• Lead the design of product vision, roadmap, and metrics for TuSimple’s vehicle management and integration platforms, and related operation
• Partner with stakeholders (e.g. engineers, test operators, truck drivers, etc.) to understand their workflows, gather use cases, and find opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and operational productivity
• Drive change implementation management through product management, training sessions, and configuration support with the operations team
• Define, monitor, and communicate key success metrics regularly with the data analysis team to continue iterating on the tools and processes of our platform and operation
• Be the subject matter expert on our operation and visualization platforms to provide advice for business needs

Experience & Skills - Required

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven ability to ship high-impact products and process rapidly
• Strong collaboration in team environments but able to act rapidly as the decision-maker
• Experience in collaborating closely with UIUX and engineering teams 
• Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills

Experience & Skills - Preferred

• Experience in the truck or autonomous driving industry
• Previous experience working on engineer-oriented tools and platforms; experience in improving workflows and operation efficiencies
