Responsibilities
  • Deliver IT projects and solve difficult IT issues hands on

  • Lead a small and growing IT team as the company scales

  • Create a best-in-class onboarding experience for all offices while the company doubles in size every six months

  • Ensure the successful launch of new offices

  • Drive the adoption of IT systems engineering administration best practices including and not limited to documentation and training staff

  • Manage vendor relationships for networking, AV, and security

  • Work closely with Security to implement policies, tooling and compliance checks

  • Develop and manage the IT budget

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Extensive knowledge of modern IT systems, networks, and software development

  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and motivational skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align IT strategy with business goals.

  • Predictable and reliable availability

  • Ability to debug weird system behaviors and solve difficult issues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles in systems engineering, systems administration, SRE, or similar. Preferably in fast-paced startup environments.

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $200,000 and $250,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
