Our Data Strategy & Insights practice is looking for aspiring consultants who are seeking to kick start their careers and are excited about the potential for data to revolutionise how organisations deliver services to their customers. This is an exciting opportunity for hard-working and proactive individuals to learn and develop their career in a fast-paced and growing field. While an interest in data is advantageous, we are looking for individuals who are able to get to the heart of an issue and develop strategic solutions that effectively meet a client’s needs.

As a Data Strategy & Insights Consultant, you will sit at the centre of the practice, working directly with clients to understand their requirements, design bespoke strategies, and implement transformational change in the way that organisations use their data.

You will be working as part of a close-knit team that builds enduring, trust-based relationships with our clients to help them solve their most pressing issues. Through hands-on experience and structured training, you will have the opportunity to grow your understanding of data and develop the skills you need to transform public-sector organisations. If you have an interest in data, a passion for problem-solving and a desire to deliver better outcomes for the public sector, Data Strategy & Insights is the place for you.
