Credit Data Analyst Intern - Spring 2023

Who You Are
You are a motivated student or recent graduate who is passionate about business and credit analytics. You are someone who solves problems using logic and critical thinking, thriving in a fast-paced environment using data to provide optimal results. You possess strong communication skills and can summarize complex findings for partners with different backgrounds and goals.  You are an eager, self-driven individual who wants to continuously learn and grow.

What You’ll Do

• Learn about Credit, including how BHG underwrites a loan
• Gain knowledge of overall product and workflow
• Collaborate with manager to build and improve internal reports
• Assist with data analysis, present recommendations to improve decision-making and efficiency
• Engage with members of the credit department, including management.  

What You’ll Need

• Students pursuing a quantitative degree program in Data Analytics, Big Data, Data Science, Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, graduating in May 2023 - August 2023
• Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Availability from Spring: January - April
• Part-Time availability of at LEAST 25 hours a week EST (NO Weekends).
• Capable of working efficiently and effectively in a 100% Remote Capacity
• Comfortable working with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI
