Dogtopia is the leading dog daycare provider in North America with 200 locations operating in 35 states of the USA and Canada, and another 330+ in the development pipeline that require real estate deals signed to open. To progress this pipeline, Dogtopia is looking for a bright, dynamic, and driven business data analyst that will report to the VP of Corporate Development. The role will assist in the analysis of complex data across our operating locations.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • Standardize and optimize the input, collection, and analysis of data across locations and platforms.
  • Drive the implementation of business intelligence tools and dashboards.
  • Assist in the development of financial models, reports, and metrics.
  • Provide rigor to the reporting process across the organization.
  • Process, assess, and summarize large quantities of transactional data into useful information to inform business decisions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Data Science, Accounting/Finance, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word, and advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, self-directed, positive, and possess high energy.
  • Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it, and operate effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
