We are seeking an AI leader and innovative thinker to join the senior leadership team to have a significant impact on the Healthcare Analytics sector.
This is a full-time management position (CDI) in France (Nice)
The Position: Artificial Intelligence Global Lead
The Role:
As part of the senior management team, you will lead a team of AI engineers, architects and data scientists located in multiple countries to develop innovative AI solutions related to Healthcare Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Building and executing an AI/ML roadmap for our HealthCare Analytics platform
- Identifying opportunities to apply the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to build, test, and validate predictive models leading a team of data scientists.
- Providing first-class machine learning and strategic input to projects and ongoing operations; leading thinking and strategic planning for design, implementation and direction of AI/ML initiatives and able to get business leaders excited based on the ability to drive business impact using AI/ML strategies.
- Driving internal awareness and strategy for adoption of emerging machine learning methodologies through the execution of an effective communication plan.
- Effectively partnering with Data Engineering, Data scientists and data stewardship to help drive the execution of a successful data strategy.
- Creating algorithms to extract information from large, multiparametric global data sets.
- Deploying algorithms to production to identify actionable insights from large data sets.
- Comparing results from various methodologies and recommending best techniques to stakeholders.
- Designing, developing and implementing analytical solutions using a variety of commercial and open source tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow.
- Developing and embedding automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation.
- Providing analytics leadership and direction to the AI Engineering team as it designs, builds, and deploys new digital capabilities across RYTE’s Healthcare Product line of business.
- Working closely with RYTE businesses to ensure that the insights created from the AI/ML models are effectively translated into action that creates business impact.
- Building and maintaining an effective and impactful external network to drive the continued evolution in RYTE’s AI/ML competencies through learning and partnering.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience
- Proven track record demonstrating the ability to work with business and digital teams, to understand the key strategy, design relevant and effective AI/ML/predictive models that deliver significant business impact.
- A degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
- Expert understanding of a programming language such as Python, C/C++ or R.
- Experience with at least one Deep Learning framework such as TensorFlow, Keras, Azure ML Studio, or PyTorch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and in taking people along so that they are excited to do something w/ the output of the analytical – which eventually creates impact for RYTE’s customers and its business.
- A self-starter who is self-motivated, disciplined, self-assured, performance driven and passionate about digital, AI, ML and data and its role in transforming businesses.
- Confident and self-aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership with the ability to articulate and inspire staff, and the rest of the group, to pursue specific goals and targets aggressively.
- A track record of managing innovation, developing and applying creative solutions to business problems, anticipating situations and needs, and finding flexible answers to new situations.

- Remote work ok for the short term but frequent travel to Nice will be required. Ideally, relocation to Nice (Relocation package) with a mix onsite/remote approach
