Performance Marketing Manager – WW Hybrid Systems Marketing

About the Role: 

As a key member of our agile HS marketing team, Performance Marketing Manager will drive marketing excellence and manage funnel efforts on a global scale. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Demand Generation for HS, you will work closely with a multicultural central team and remotely collaborate with field marketers, the GTM team, and the channel organization. Your responsibilities will include developing reporting mechanisms to measure the productivity and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns. You will also create executive dashboards and other measurement tools to drive behavior, discipline, and closed-loop marketing reporting. 

What You Get To Do: 

  • Lead and scale performance for marketing campaigns and programs, from low-touch to ultra-high-touch. 

  • Align efforts with category teams, local teams, sales, and partners for connected marketing. 

  • Support local markets in demand generation using global tools and transitioning to Eloqua. 

  • Develop and pioneer demand generation strategy and plan for Project Sequoia with Sales and Google, aiding local markets. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and leverage data-driven opportunities for business solutions. 

  • Determine data requirements to facilitate timely and efficient analytics studies. 

  • Perform data-driven analysis using syndicated, primary, and secondary customer data sources. 

  • Provide operational expertise to promote data-based strategic and tactical planning within the marketing and sales teams. 

  • Calculate ROI for marketing campaigns and make informed budget investment decisions based on analysis. 

  • Extract and analyze data from company databases to optimize marketing tactics, campaigns, and strategies. 

  • Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data collection techniques. 

  • Develop custom data models and algorithms tailored to specific data sets. 

  • Utilize predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes. 

  • Deliver accurate and high-quality solutions to stakeholders through detailed visualizations for informed decision-making. 

  • Create and implement a marketing A/B testing framework to evaluate and improve model quality. 

  • Develop processes and tools for monitoring and analyzing model performance and data accuracy. 

  • Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into organization-wide projects. 

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data manipulation and statistical modeling, holding a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. 

  • Possess a highly analytical mindset with a background in understanding, processing, and analyzing systems, processes, and data. 

  • Proficient in using statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and extract insights from large datasets. 

  • Experienced in working with and developing data architectures. 

  • Familiar with various machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks) and their practical applications and limitations. 

  • Well-versed in advanced statistical methods and concepts (e.g., regression, distribution properties, statistical tests) and experienced in their practical applications. 

  • Skilled in multiple programming languages, including C, C++, Java, JavaScript, among others. 

  • Knowledgeable in statistical and data mining techniques such as GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, and social network analysis. 

  • Experienced in querying databases and using statistical programming languages like R, Python, SQL. 

  • Proficient in creating and applying advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques, including regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks. 

  • Experienced in analyzing data from third-party sources such as Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Coremetrics, Adwords, Facebook Insights, and Eloqua. 

  • Familiar with distributed data/computing tools like MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Gurobi, and MySQL. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration, with proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Highly responsible and methodical, with strong analytical capabilities and a keen willingness to learn.

  • Proven track record of optimizing marketing strategies through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. 

  • Strong background in big data technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. 

  • Expertise in data visualization and storytelling to convey complex analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams or projects, showcasing leadership and project management skills. 

  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, with hands-on experience in campaign analysis and optimization.

Salary Range 

The salary range for this role in the United States is $95,000 - $105,000 USD in addition to a competitive benefits package. Salary is dependent upon location, experience, and qualifications.  

Workstyle: Flex – you can work remotely or at an eligible HP location.
