About the job

The Marketing Sciences, Reporting and Analytics team is looking for a Data Quality Analyst Intern (Alternance) to support them in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by identifying and resolving data issues. Our team is specialized in the collection and analysis of data from different channels, as a source of information for the development and management of digital and commercial strategies.

 

During this year, you will help to improve the data quality of our CRM, secure the data collection from different sources of information and understand how data impact on the business processes in order to optimize the return on investment of marketing campaigns. Your position will cover the regions of EMEA or Americas (United States, Canada, Latin America).

 

As a Data Quality Analyst Intern, you will join our team and and report weekly to your manager on the following assignments: 

  • Be in charge, with the rest of the team, of the data quality on our database for the countries previously mentioned.
  • Communicate with the different countries on projects to improve and enrich the database.
  • Contribute to the targeting of the marketing campaigns.
  • Integrate and qualify daily the incoming contacts from our website and other digital sources in our CRM.
  • Analyze the results of your projects and propose recommendations to optimize future tasks: performance indicators with progress of key projects.
  • As a full member of the Marketing Sciences & Analytics team, you may be involved in new projects that contribute to improve the marketing performance.

Required Qualifications

 

  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.

  • Strong communication skills, fluent French and English – both written and verbal.

  • You’re interested in the future of Analytics, passionate for Data Quality and you embrace technology.

  • You’re a college student enrolled in an Bachelors/ Masters or E-Learning. 

  • Good abilities for reporting on your own progress.
  • Organized and rigorous.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint 
  • Open and innovative mindset.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish/Portuguese skills could be appreciated. 

Timeline

  • Applications open: June 2024
  • Interviews begin: July 2024 on a rolling basis.  
  • Internship: Starting from August 2024, 1 to 2 year duration. Due to nature of Alternance, our interns will follow a rotational schedule where they will spend one week working at SAS and the following week at the University. This alternating pattern will continue for the entire year, with the possibility of extending to two years.
