We are looking for multiple Senior Data Scientists. The Senior Data Scientist is a detail oriented forward-thinking individual who is an expert in natural language processing and can apply existing approaches and to devise new approaches and algorithms for  retrieval, information extraction, and language understanding. The desired candidate will be at ease with contemporary machine learning, natural language processing frameworks and will be able to critically evaluate and design, build, and support pipelines that can analyze contract document collections at scale. When no suitable approaches are available, the desired candidate  can craft new and innovative machine learning and language processing solutions. Knowledge of enterprise level software architecture and components is a plus though not essential. The desired candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be effective in interacting with technical and non-technical professionals and be comfortable with working in a team.

What you Will Do:

• Evaluate, apply, and create machine learning and natural language processing algorithms and solutions to develop the next generation of contract analysis and synthesis capabilities.

What you Will Bring:

• 10+ years of total experience with 6+ yrs of exp in AI/ML & NLP.
• An advanced degree with significant experience in text analytics/NLP.
• A strong background in machine learning (unsupervised, reinforcement and supervised techniques). In particular, excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, RNNs, Attention, Generative Models etc.
• Experience with text mining, parsing, and classification using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Experience with information retrieval, Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Understanding and Neural Language Modeling.
• Ability to evaluate quality of ML models and to define the right performance metrics for models in accordance with the requirements of the core platform.
• Experience in the Python data science ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, NLTK, Gensim, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
