Senior Machine Learning Engineer

You will be part of an innovative fast-growing Ag-Fintech company, whose mission is to revolutionize agricultural finance through data science and machine learning.

Your responsibilities will mainly include, but will not be limited to, the following:

• Build realtime and batch feature delivery pipelines for productionized machine learning
• Identify, design and implement internal process improvements, automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery as well re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability
• Help build inference infrastructure for model inference at scale and API interfaces for the same
• Help provide monitoring and observability around production ML systems
• Work with cross domain experts and SMEs to help build data and AI based products

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning and engineering
• 2+ years of experience in Python development
• Enthusiastic, flexible team player who loves to dive in and “figure it out”
• Experience building and deploying models to production in cloud systems
• Experience in data technologies such as Spark, Python, SQL and lake houses
• Experience in cloud computing, version control and development tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, in a fast-paced agile environment
• English language proficiency

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in working in big data environments such as Databricks, Snowflake or similar technologies
• Previous experience in modern ML technologies such as MLFlow, Kubeflow, Tecton, etc.
• Previous experience in cloud infrastructure in the AWS stack
