Risk & AFraud Business Intelligence Analyst

If you are interested in a career in fraud prevention in the ever-changing world of payments this might be the role for you. You will become a part of a team utilizing a number of tools and methods to identify fraud patterns, reduce risk and protect the company & our clients - small & medium merchants from criminal activity. 

What you'll do

• You’ll collect, organize, and analyze significant amount of information with great attention to detail and accuracy
• You’ll build visualizations – reflecting and displaying relevant data by visually designed dashboards.
• You’ll provide Ad Hoc Analysis – translating data to valuable business insights and action items and making recommendations across the board.
• You’ll provide insights in a consumer-friendly way and establish a data culture in the team that is about self-service analytics, measuring what matters and acting upon the data.
• You’ll support the Fraud Detection Team, as needed, in areas such as data analysis and reporting.
• You’ll develop risk data models, helping us to improve the identification of fraudulent patterns
• You’ll formulate requirements for OLAP data design and migration
• You’ll keep up to date with the latest Risk & Fraud trends within the payments industry

You’ll be great for this position if

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (our company language)
• Previous experience in a BI or product position
• At least 2 years of experience working with SQL skills and other data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView
• Experience working with statistical analysis ideally within the customer segment 
• Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and complete projects on time
• Great interpersonal skills, you enjoy building collaborative relationships with various business partners
• Organization skills and a desire to work within a flexible, fast-paced, and dynamic working environment
• Ability to work autonomously in line with established policies and procedures, and collaboratively within the team
• Risk & Anti-fraud expertise would be considered a plus
