This is where you come in. About the RoleWe are looking for someone with a bright legal mind and demonstrated analytical skills to join our growing legal data department as a team lead. As a Legal Data team lead, you will use Darrow’s data products to detect legal violations on a scale; evaluate and predict case outcomes with cutting-edge accuracy, and formulate new data pipelines . And most important-manage people!

Responsibilities:

• Personal and professional management of a team of lawyers, WEBINT, and data experts. 
• Responsible for employees' personal development in accordance with the career ladders - hold meaningful, effective and consistent 1:1s with team members, and own their Feedback Review process.
• Translate EEI (צי"ח ) into an actionable data collection plan utilizing WEBINT methodologies and tools.
• Locate new data sources, using advanced analytical tools.
• Direct and initiate automatic methods in collaboration with Darrow’s Product and Data Engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 1-3 Experience of management.
• LL.B degree with +1 year of relevant legal experience - a must.
• WEBINT/ OSINT/ CI / other relevant intelligence experience - a must.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset.
• Experience with leading data analysis teams - an advantage.
