Based within the large HR  team at our flagship Elmsall Distribution Complex,  we are looking for a HR Data and Reward Analyst to join us.

Reporting into the HR Data Team Leader, the Data & Reward Analyst will be responsible for providing regular reports and data insights to various stakeholders across Next, along with a range of activities associated with people data.

This role will support the full project lifecycle; collecting business requirements, sourcing the relevant data and analysing this to provide key and actionable reports and insights. The range of current and upcoming projects is diverse and the HR Data & Reward Analyst will support on key people initiatives including salary benchmarking, employee bonus payments and HR people metrics,

You will work collaboratively with the HR Data Leader, wider HR Team and key stakeholders with Workflow, HR Tech and Employee Support  to drive continuous improvements across all HR reporting and data processes, drawing on your knowledge and experience to offer insights and solutions.

 

About you

 

We’re looking for an Analyst with solid technical skills, able to critically analyse complex data in various formats and across different sources to provide clear and concise reports, recommendations and insights to the senior management teams.

You will be an Advanced user of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel and have experience of SQL and business intelligence packages such as Power BI, Tableau.  Previous experience working with HR/People data and knowledge of GDPR and salary benchmarking tools such as XpertHR is essential.

Excellent communication and organisation skills are key; you will be working with a wide range of projects, priorities and people.
