Title: Data Analyst  

Location: Upper East Side  

Org Unit: Leandro Cerchietti Research 

Work Days:  

Exemption Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $82,000.00 - $92,300.00  

*As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices 

Position Summary

Assists with data reporting requirements for program(s) aimed at improving the quality of care for patients/program participants.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creates and distributes standard and ad-hoc reports based on functional needs.
  • Ensures reports are being delivered on a timely basis and escalates any delays or issues.
  • As needed, uses electronic filing of records to capture data for required reports.
  • Assists the team in providing timely information and status updates regarding program initiatives.
  • May need to run daily or otherwise regular reports to alert clinical team of clinical cases to be followed.
  • May need to assist with file audits to create reports and ensure compliance with routine follow up.
  • May be asked for outreach, technical and/or support-related assistance as needed.
  • Reviews electronic records for relevant clinical information as requested.
  • Performs other related duties as directed.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience

Approximately 2 years of related experience.

Experience with electronic health record systems, preferably EPIC, and/or electronic filing systems, such as Airtable, Peerplace, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to create meaningful presentations and reports utilizing a variety of raw data.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated listening skills and ability to document meeting notes when needed.
