Position Summary
Assists with data reporting requirements for program(s) aimed at improving the quality of care for patients/program participants.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates and distributes standard and ad-hoc reports based on functional needs.
- Ensures reports are being delivered on a timely basis and escalates any delays or issues.
- As needed, uses electronic filing of records to capture data for required reports.
- Assists the team in providing timely information and status updates regarding program initiatives.
- May need to run daily or otherwise regular reports to alert clinical team of clinical cases to be followed.
- May need to assist with file audits to create reports and ensure compliance with routine follow up.
- May be asked for outreach, technical and/or support-related assistance as needed.
- Reviews electronic records for relevant clinical information as requested.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Approximately 2 years of related experience.
Experience with electronic health record systems, preferably EPIC, and/or electronic filing systems, such as Airtable, Peerplace, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to create meaningful presentations and reports utilizing a variety of raw data.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications, especially MS Excel.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated listening skills and ability to document meeting notes when needed.
