Senior Analog Designer

    We are now looking for a Senior or Principal IC Analog Designer for our Smart Analog Front-End Segment.

    You will be in charge of design and definition of Analog Front End.

    You have excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across organizational and geographical boundaries.

    You used to make timely decision in face of incomplete information, managing risks and setting priorities driven by business impact.

    You have the responsibility to translate a Specification into a design architecture and down to single block characteristics.

    Thanks to your strong analog design background, you will be able to propose optimized design solutions in term of area, power consumption and performance.

    To be able to fulfill your missions you will be able to rely on a strong collaboration within the Design group but also from all the other technical groups within NXP.

    Your Profile:

    • At least 5+ years (for senior) 10+ years (for principal) of experience in IC development.
    • Strong expertise in high speed and low voltage/noise design
    • Proven experience with IC in the following domains: ADC, DAC, Low noise AFE DC/DC converter. Not all the domain of experience are simultaneously required.
    • Experience with cross functional teams and good communication skills to operate in a global environment with multiple partners in Europe and America.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
    • Fluency in English language both oral and written.
    • Knowledge of the Cadence IC tools, modelling tools like Matlab or System C.
