Customer Success Data Analysis Team Leader

The ideal candidate will have both people management and technical skills, with a passion for slicing and dicing numbers. He/she should also be a good listener who can distill numbers into actionable steps to ensure that the AppsFlyer platform remains at the top of its class.

What You'll Do:

• Coach, mentor, and guide a team of Data Analysts to provide actionable, meaningful insights to the company

• Lead analytics projects end-to-end in partnership with Product, Engineering, and the Analytics community to inform, influence, support, execute, and drive the data-driven strategy.
• Structure and solve problems with analytical skills (e.g., investigation, modeling, mapping, and gap analysis) and techniques (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, and experimental design)
• Conduct analysis for management on topics like LTV, churn, segmentation, customer value, and other business KPIs.
• Lead cross-organizational processes to improve business results and best practices throughout the company.
• Identify the opportunities most important for growth, and remove barriers for product adoption, retention and engagement.
• Communicate data findings to business, product, and engineering teams

What You Have:

• 2+ years of experience leading data analysts teams.
• 4+ years of full time working experience in quantitative analysis roles.
• Proven track record of handling large datasets and performing quantitative analysis
• Strong experience with SQL and working with analytical databases.
• Experience working with Python for data research.
• Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Experience building ETL solutions using data pipeline products.
• Experience with developing ML models - advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
