Your challenge:

The Product Content Team is looking for a motivated individual to collaborate with the data operations team in creating best-in-class data assets for Definitive Healthcare users. As a member of our Product Content Team, you will be responsible for working with our research teams to create and optimize research processes. You will help the Content team create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and help evaluate large data sets. You will develop a deep knowledge of the structure that supports our data, gain proficient skills in SQL, and become an expert in Microsoft Access.

What you'll do:

• Support the Data Operations team in creating and maintaining processes for efficient data collection and maintenance, utilizing SQL Server and Microsoft Access
• Write queries and create tables and Stored Procedures in SQL Server
• Build and maintain forms in Microsoft Access
• Enhance existing projects to make processes efficient and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with other teams to investigate and resolve data issues.
• Assist teams in developing KPIs.
• Contribute to company-wide efforts to continually improve our healthcare database.
• Work in an Agile environment

What you’ll need:

• Experience working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
• Exceptional attention to detail and a desire to look for and solve problems
• Experience using SQL Server to analyze and transform data
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage priorities simultaneously
• Experience in an Agile or Kanban environment is a plus
