Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data analyst Remote in South East Asia to join our Tech Team. As a Data analyst, you will play a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence data analysts, your scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes 

In this role you will:

• Deep dive into data to investigate trends, uncover insights, and explore new opportunities for our business growth.

• Create data reports, visualizations, and meaningful analyses to support our business teams in making data-driven decisions.

• Identify gaps and pioneer new ways to optimize our processes and improve data integrity.

• Create high-performance, well-tested, and easy-to-maintain code developed based on distributed infrastructure. 

• Ensure alignment with Novelship’s Engineering Best practices and Leadership Principles.

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with a diverse group of engineers and business owners across the company.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Python & SQL.

• Proficient in PostgreSQL, NoSQL & AWS.

• Experience with Tableau and Data studio

• Experience with Mixpanel, google analytics & Facebook analytics is a bonus

• Be able to story tell - from numbers to business

• Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills.
