The ADAS team is currently seeking a manager to be responsible for design and develop software. This position requires an experienced professional with a track record of successfully supporting the delivery of new automotive ADAS and AD vehicle software into production. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection.

Your Role:

  • Lead team of engineers to design, develop, integrate and validate software for ADAS/AD safety critical features
  • Define the SW architecture and interfaces for ADAS and AD features
  • Coordinate resource allocation such as network bandwidth, memory and compute on the target hardware
  • Drive development, integration and validation of high quality software in timely manner
  • Mentor team members

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with software development lifecycle, reliability/validation tools and protocols
  • Proficiency in C++ and C software development
  • 1+ years of experience working with automotive-grade sensors and embedded platforms
  • At least 2 years of experience in the fields of automotive sensing, computer vision, sensor fusion, or machine learning
  • Familiarity/Experience with Linux, QNX and/or AUTOSAR
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD and SQA processes
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and applicable safety standards for typical 
  • ADAS features (e.g., ASPICE, ISO26262, Euro NCAP, MISRA, AUTOSAR)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Advantageous:

  •  2+ years of experience working with highly technical teams for OEM or Tier-1 in areas related to ADAS/AV, or Autonomous Driving company
  • Hardware and Software Product Launch Experience with robotics, autonomous vehicles, or complex electromechanical systems
  • Knowledge of different computing platform
  • Knowledge of deploying machine models into real world environments
  • Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, etc)
  • Proficiency with agile development tools and environments

Educational Requirements

  • BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Science, or related field
  • Higher degree strongly preferred
