About the role
We are looking to recruit a Lead Data Analyst  to join our Partner data team. You will manage a team of data analysts to develop insights for our Partner network. This role requires hands-on activities and is fully embedded in the delivery of technical solutions.  In particular, you will have the opportunity to explore and address critical questions:1.How do we acquire and grow our partner community?2.How do we support our partners along their digital and real-world journey to become successful?3.How do we define, test and evaluate policies?
What you'll do
-Provide technical leadership to our Partner Data Analyst team dedicated to delivering comprehensive market insights and reporting-Engage with business and product teams to develop and deliver data analytics projects, actionable insight and recommendations-Translate complex information into requirements and business processes and work with stakeholders to prioritise projects-Create visualisations (we use Looker/Data Studio) and manage strategic dashboards/KPI reporting-Work with Data Engineers to develop/adjust data models as required -Teach, mentor and support our data analysts -Participate in department-wide initiatives as one of the Data Leads
About you
-Extensive experience in business insights-Experience in data analytics (exploratory and descriptive analysis) and Statistics background-Experience in data storytelling-Hands-on experience with SQL and Looker-Experience with BQ / GCP / Data studio / Terraform will be beneficial-Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities-Ability to manage the time to produce high-quality work with deadlines-Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills-Experience with Python (and desire to teach) -Familiarity with SaaS would be ideal (Mixpanel/Google Analytics, CDP, MVT platforms etc.)-Ability to work within a diverse team spanning business leaders, product managers, software engineers and data scientists.
