Do you have a passion for bicycles and technology? Are you are curious about how products perform out in the world? Do you love using data to dive deep to find answers? Can you clearly communicate data driven learnings to business people? Then we want to talk with you!

To strengthen our e-Bike team located in Cham (ZG), Switzerland, we are seeking an Advanced Data Analyst e-Bike to help drive decision-making around all aspects of our business as soon as possible or by agreement.

 

How you will make a difference

  • Partner with our data engineering team to build and scale growing amounts of customer and test data
  • Import, clean, analyze, and apply machine learning to transform raw data from our bikes and distributed devices into actionable insights
  • Communicate learnings derived from data in a digestible manner to stakeholders within the company (Engineering, Product Management, Marketing)
  • Derive algorithms out of the data to improve product performance
  • Listen and understand the challenges business users face within daily work and provide answers to questions your colleagues don’t even know about yet
  • Help other team members in case of resource bottlenecks

 

What you need to win

  • Advanced degree in information technology, data science, statistics, mathematics or similar
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in data analytics and data science techniques
  • Expertise in machine learning technologies (Tensorflow, Deeplearning4j or similar)
  • Programming skills in Python and other programming language for data analytics domain like Scala, R or similar
  • Experience with modern databases (sql and no-sql), big data, hadoop or similar and time series statistics & analytics 
  • Know-how in data warehouses and data lakes, etc . e.g. snowflake 
  • Great analytics and documentation skills
  • Ready to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, German as a plus
  • Passion for cycling, ebikes or outdoor active lifestyle
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
