The Role

As a Data Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the viability and uptime of the data analytic ecosystem and platforms. As a service organization, it is critical that we are always monitoring data quality and the continued services of our analytics assets. This role is very much data driven and will use metrics in monitoring our overall services.

How you'll contribute

• Partner with the Enterprise Data Office Heads to build monitoring capabilities across the platforms and technology solutions.
• Partner with the Data Governance DQM team to drive the operations dashboard.
• Developing key processes, policies, metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and foundation for continuous improvement.
• Partner with business enablement to measure and track overall user experience on the platforms.
• Design and develop a utility-based monitoring process for future ability to charge back to business segment consumption of technology resources.
• Partner with IT service management on the ongoing maintenance and setup of new monitoring services.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or any related course
• At least 5 years experience developing reports and dashboard
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Program management, process improvement and/or data 
  processing service companies/products
• Highly proficient with Excel, SQL and Python, as well as visualization tools
• Experience with agile or other program management methodologies
• Ideally familiar with IT service management processes
