What You Will Do

As Field Marketing Manager at Moveworks, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive event marketing strategy for the West region. Moveworks is the AI copilot that takes the friction out of work by unifying every business system. Our platform provides employees with one place to find information and automate tasks, significantly increasing productivity by simplifying work. Now more than ever, we need you to share our powerful story through impactful events.

  • Develop and execute a holistic field marketing strategy in partnership with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, messaging, and tactics.
  • Plan and implement a diverse portfolio of events, including executive roundtables, workshops, sponsored conferences, hospitality events, and other regional events.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, from initial planning through to post-event evaluation and lead management.
  • Gather feedback and facilitate effective lead follow-up, optimizing program performance and enhancing sales enablement.
  • Continuously analyze and report on program effectiveness and ROI, leveraging insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers, to strengthen brand positioning and drive collaborative initiatives.
  • Research industry trends and evaluate opportunities for strategic sponsorships and partnerships that align with company objectives and target audience demographics
  • Mange a quarterly forecast and budget Manage a quarterly forecast and budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with business goals.
  • Travel required approximately 25% 

What You Bring To The Table

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that meet pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Exceptional prioritization, project management, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple events of varying scales and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of crafting clear and concise messages for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and managing these relationships as a key marketing partner.
  • Results-driven approach with strong analytical and quantitative skills to measure and optimize program effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and project management tools is a plus.


Compensation Range: $124,000 - $160,000

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans. 
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
