THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to our Marketing team in São Paulo! 

YOUR IMPACT

• Develop and implement data analytics models to maximize the lifetime of the users 
  
• Synthesize business goals into achievable digital metrics to develop cross-channel digital marketing campaign strategies for both B2B and B2C clients
  
• Create and present detailed reports and dashboards that showcase progress and outcomes of campaigns
  
• Develop A/B tests to understand best offers and communication strategy for our digital campaigns
  
• Work with personalization to ensure we engage the best way with our users 
  
• Collaborate cross functionally to prioritize business needs and supply inputs to implement and execute key business initiative
  
• Diagnose, analyze and interpret trends in complex data sets
  
• Communicate with business stakeholders about findings and insights
  
• Identify new scalable initiatives: plan, develop, test, analyze and report performance
  

 WHO YOU ARE

• Relevant Python and SQL experience with desire to improve proficiency;
  
• Fluent in English;
  
• Strong analytical skills with the willingness to apply it on business problems (2+ years solving problems based on analytics);
  
• Sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with humility and eagerness to learn and grow with hands-on mindset;
  
• Willingness to ask questions about business objectives and the measurement needs for a project workstream, and be able to measure objectives & key results
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them.
