Software Engineer, Machine Learning (REQ #R236)

Software Engineer, Machine Learning (REQ #R236) position available with Pindrop Security, Inc. in
Atlanta, Georgia. (HQ); may work remotely from home office.

Responsibilities: Develop software solutions to better identify fraudulent phone calls. Research machine
learning algorithms to investigate customer data with the end goal of fraud detection. Implement scalable
software solutions into Pindrop’s software service stack. Deploy Pindrop’s software solutions and verify
that the system works as expected. Perform code analysis, software review, performance analysis,
profiling, and tuning. Produce commented, maintainable code. Handle large amounts of call audio data
and architect and implement large-scale systems. Perform automated testing at key checkpoints in the
overall development process. Develop new software services and maintain and improve existing call
capture pipelines. Deliver testable and maintainable software to be deployed on the cloud in a Kubernetes
platform, or as packages for stand-alone usage.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, or a related field.

The position also requires: Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in computer-related occupation.

Professional experience must include: Object-oriented design and analysis; Linux; Data Structures;
Amazon AWS services: (IAM, EC2, and S3); Python; Software life-cycle models, software requirements
development, and software requirements management; and Software size, effort estimation, and risk
management.
