Role overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Data Analyst Intern (Commercial) to come and join our global business for 6 Months.
Reporting directly into the Lead Data Analyst (Commercial), and working collaboratively with Engineers, other Analysts, and Commercial teams, you'll be building your skills, knowledge and developing data models, metrics, and insights that fuel our growth and open up new perspectives.

What you will be doing
- Effective Collaboration: You’ll work closely with commercial, marketing, engineering, and even product teams to make an impact. Your role will involve engaging with various stakeholders, understanding their diverse objectives and perspectives, and integrating your analysis into their daily decisions.
- Support Our Operations: You’ll learn and expand your skill set and Fresha knowledge through helping to triage our support channels and solving data tickets; propelling our stakeholders and team towards greater impact.
- Influential Storytelling: You'll turn complex analyses into compelling, actionable insights, persuading others to act on your findings.
- Outcome Measurement: You’ll develop metrics from complex commercial, product, and customer workflows to identify opportunities and inform decision-making at all levels.
- Tool Mastery: As part of a nimble company, you’ll be comfortable diving into various tools and setting them up to extract the insights we need.
- Adapting to Change: You’ll stay in tune with our commercial and marketing teams, ensuring our data models and strategies remain aligned with operational processes.

What we are looking for
- Recent University Graduate - with a STEM or highly analytical degree, and up to 2 years’ full time work experience.
- Curious mindset, a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in presenting and communicating complex or technical information to Stakeholders
- Good grasp of Common SQL and able to use Joins, Aggregations, Scalar Functions effectively
- Previous experience or projects in data analysis (including Personal Portfolios)
- Advanced Excel skills, must be comfortable with Pivot Tables, V-LookUps or Index Matches, Nested Formulas, Chart Configurations.
Added bonus
- Experience with a Visualization Tool such as Periscope, Tableau, Looker, Hex
- Exposure to dbt.
- Skills in Python and/or Statistical Methods
- Exposure to Financial and/or Accounting Principles
- Bi-lingual - Fluency in English and another language

Interview Process
- Video Introduction - Create a short video introducing yourself and why you're best for the position (5 mins)
- 1st Stage - Video-call with Hiring Manager - 45 minutes
- Final Stage - In-person presentation with Hiring Team and People Business Partner - 60 minutes
