We're a team of top-notch engineers, data scientists and product thinkers, and the Technical Program Management team is the glue that keeps interdisciplinary teams coordinated to ship a constant stream of new features into the hands of our members. TPM's play strategic roles in delivery against our most critical business goals. We make continuous improvements to team processes and programs to improve velocity and efficiency; and we foster collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, Security, Legal, Analytics, Business Development, Marketing to achieve successful business outcomes. We play a critical role in scaling the company to meet the ever-evolving needs of the business.
What you’ll do:
- Be the leader in helping Credit Card, Personal Loan, and Auto Loan partners adopt and implement Credit Karma’s Easy Apply technology
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to foster a culture of collaboration and communication
- Create efficiencies across teams by identifying new processes or improvements to existing processes
- Leverage project management and program management skills to manage dependencies, assess and mitigate risks, and manage stakeholder expectations

What we are looking for:
- 3-4 years of experience working with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams in a technology company.
- Experience working with external partners or clients
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical or related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent job experience.
What we would love to see:
- You have start up or small company experience, or success working in similar low structure environments.
- You have worked in consumer finance or have an interest in Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and/or Auto Loans.
- You have a track record of delivering projects involving 3 or more teams and multiple individuals from conception to launch.
- You are experienced with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled Agile principles and practices.
- You're comfortable advocating for unique solutions that drive improvements, rather than assuming the status quo.
- You have the ability to understand your audience and tailor your communication accordingly.
