About the role
Angi is seeking a Temporary CX Data Analyst on a long-term temporary basis to join our Customer Experience (CX) team that supports both our customers & professionals for our on-demand business. This Temporary CX Data Analyst will act as an administrator for our technical support systems and be responsible for routine reporting and ad hoc analyses to help us investigate trends and changes within the business, in addition to monitoring processes for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
This position will be remote and require candidates to work up to 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role ranges between $18-$20/hour.   What you’ll do
  • Act as an administrator of our technology platforms by provisioning system access, troubleshooting support & collaborating with system Support Teams
  • Provide weekly reporting and ad hoc analysis of data to management as needed (Google Sheets, Zendesk Reporting System and Looker)
  • Retrieve & migrate data from reporting systems into Looker Dashboards
  • Leverage SQL, Python and R for advanced analytics and/or tools administration via API
What we’re looking for
  • Comfort working in systems and learning new tools such as Dash, Zendesk & Maestro
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheet proficiency
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, R or other scripting languages highly preferred
  • Ability to synthesize data to glean trends & insights
  • Strong time management & organizational skills
  • Comfortable speaking with remotely located 3rd parties via Zoom
  • Access to a dedicated remote workspace without interruptions
  • Reliable access to a high-speed, hard-wired internet connection
