Flight itinerary
The People Data Analyst role delivers critical insights focusing on Analytics to all People verticals by analyzing data managed inside of our HR technology stack. They are driven by a keen understanding of what creates an excellent employee experience, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, diversity and talent development. Their contribution is instrumental in defining KPIs  across all People functions and building dashboards and reports that can provide key insights around our risks and opportunities.

What your journey will look like: (Responsibilities)

  • Partner with executive leadership and People leaders to develop FLYR’s people reporting strategy and supporting KPIs across the employee lifecycle
  • Own and develop reports that highlight key variances, opportunities, and issues to senior leadership
  • Distill data into the most relevant insights and communicate with / educate key stakeholder groups across teams
  • Create effective data visualizations, reports, and analytical solutions that provide stakeholders access to critical metrics and insights
  • Work with People leaders to improve people data quality and outline opportunities for improved data flow automations between People systems

What should you pack for this trip: (Qualifications)

  • Experience in people analytics across multiple verticals
  • Well-versed in HR processes and reporting 
  • Ability to write queries, including knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting tools (i.e.Charthop, Lattice, Workday), and expression building functions
  • Strong understanding of data tables across multiple data sources; prior knowledge of and experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and recruiting sourcing tools.

  • A solid ability to collaborate and a good attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SOX compliance, a plus
  • Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) practices and tools
