About the Role:

Unite Us seeks an experienced, multi-faceted Senior Manager, Data Analytics to be a part of our Data Analytics team. Unite Us brings health care and social services together into a single, integrated network. The Data Analytics Senior Manager develops and maintains our portfolio of analytic offerings, supports both the data science and data analytics teams in executing on product roadmaps, and ensures the technical and strategic integration of our growing suite of products. Additionally, this position will oversee a team of analysts, account managers, and product specialists, as well as work cross-functionally with other teams at Unite Us to ensure we are building, deploying and supporting the best analytic products in the social care space. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute on strategy for the data and analytics suite of products for the company
  • Develop processes for building, deployment, training, support and enhancing both descriptive and predictive predictive analytic products for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify data benchmarks that can be leveraged across the company that affect Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Be a part of implementing quality assurance processes to ensure extracted data is high quality
  • Manage and mentor team members and oversee their professional development 
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Technology, Customer Success, Network Health, Sales, and G&A and serve as a data champion across the company

You’ll be a great fit for this role if: 

  • You have 5+ years experience with healthcare data and analytics
  • You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
  • Ability to self-serve data and work with multiple modern Data Analysis tools & technologies including SQL and Business Intelligence tools
  • Experience with healthcare data and analytics is preferred
  • You love numbers, and have an orientation to find practical solutions to complex problems
  • You like to teach others, have strong communication skills and experience briefing leadership on outcomes and recommendations
  • You are flexible and excited to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs
  • You have a passion for working with data and understanding how it can be turned into products to support that support oncology research
  • You have demonstrated customer and project management skills, and a track record of success in bringing complex, technical projects to completion with partners or third parties
  • You have a "get it done" mentality, self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity
  • You thrive in a cross-functional environment, and enjoy working collaboratively with a diverse team of individuals with different backgrounds and skill sets
  • You are a strong communicator with an ability to adapt communication style across stakeholders, both internal and external, with varying levels of seniority

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Analytics or Data Science, including experience managing teams.
  • Growth company experience is highly preferred 
  • Master’s degree in quantitative field preferred

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, U.S. based
  • The target pay range for this role is: 112,000 - 125,000
  • This position may require a small amount of travel
