Python BI Analyst

We are looking for a self-driven intelligence analyst to join our international sales team. The person on this position will manage analysis and prepare complex presentations. This function requires a highly organized, self-motivated, willing-to-learn, resourceful, and solutions-oriented individual who execute well in a dynamic environment while working on multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other teams to understand their needs and work with them to provide reporting efficiencies and analyses to achieve set goals.
• Use CRM tools (Salesforce precisely).
• Use BI tools to manipulate and summarize data and design dashboards to present information in a visually compelling way.
• Develop meaningful analyses.
• Help build and maintain our analytics infrastructure from raw data through to automated reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate with other team members on data collection, analyses, and synthesis of information.
• Able to manage time, workload, and responsibilities effectively.
• Be actively engaged in learning about the fintech industry and finding relevant insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years working experience in a data centric role.
• Knowledge & expertise in analytics.
• Experience creating reports and data visualizations with Python, Power BI, OLAP, SQL.
• Ability to organize complex information in a concise and user-friendly way.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interfacing with people at all levels within the organization and in various locations.
• Strong organization skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment is essential.
• Aggressive self-starter, ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Proficient English.
