Currently, we are seeking a Data Product Analyst to join our team. Here are the
challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:

Position Title: Data Analyst
Location: Colombia

What you will be doing:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and
translate them into data requirements for product development.
● Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify opportunities
to improve product performance, user experience, and business outcomes.
● Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key
product metrics and KPIs.
● Perform ad-hoc analysis to support product decisions, feature prioritization, and
strategic initiatives.
● Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to define and
implement data-driven features and enhancements.
● Conduct A/B testing and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes
and inform optimization strategies.
● Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
related to data analysis and product management.

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a
related field. (Or equivalent experience)
● 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
● Demonstrated expertise in SQL, including custom logic and stored procedures.
Strong experience with ETL processes, covering both traditional and streaming
data sources.
● Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
● Proficient in Python, with experience automating data pipelines.
● Advanced proficiency in BI tools, preferably Power BI.
● Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and others.
Pulling information from different sources to process information and building
reports.
● Familiarity with AWS.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw
actionable insights.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and
recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage
multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to Have Skills:
● Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
and manipulation.
● Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
● Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
● Understanding of product management methodologies and principles.
