THE OPPORTUNITY
 
We’re looking for a talented Partner Project and Data Specialist to join our Partner Sales team in São Paulo! 

YOUR IMPACT

• You will be part of the Partner Success Strategy team globally, focusing on developing the strategy agenda for partnerships at Gympass;
• You will help to drive efficiency and sustainably grow our network of partners, contributing to special projects, and having cross-functionally interactions, global teams inclusive;
• You can expect a huge opportunity to develop and progress in an environment with a close-knit and dynamic team;
• Understand gyms needs and requirements, develop and implement methods to measure and increase gyms engagement, strengthening our relationship;
• Structuring projects (end-to-end), considering developing data analysis and alignments with other areas of the company, implementing, and monitoring results over time;
• Diagnosis of the main pain points of the relationship with partners and development of scalable solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree;
• BS degree or equivalent;
• Previous experience in in analytics, experience in project management is a plus;
• Data driven and strong analytical skills;
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau. Powerpoint is a plus;
• Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced, numbers-driven environment;
• Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask while establishing priorities and providing solutions;
• Problem-solving lover;
• Able to manage senior stakeholders and with very good communication skills;
• Be able to cooperate with other areas influencing them to deliver successful projects;
• Proficiency in English;
• Spanish is a plus.
