Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Insights Analyst to join our newly established and fast-paced Growth team at a stage where you can really make a difference. We plan to run hundreds of paid social and paid campaigns globally as well as to increase our in-product conversion and k factor and we need someone to analyse data and provide actionable insights for the entire business.

First Six Month Deliverables / OKRs

• Establish A/B testing strategy
• Insights into lead re-/targeting
• Correct & reliable reporting

Requirements

• Advanced SQL and Tableau skills
• Experience in A/B and multivariate testing
• Have working experience with some of the following: Adstage, Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Zoho/Hubspot, Salesforce
• Working experience with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms.
• You will have the ability to interpret complex data sets and come up with actionable recommendations
• Good technical and analytical communication skills
• Commercially minded and always thinking of the customers' current and future needs
• You live and breathe data, and can use it to help teams make the right decisions
• Are excited by technology and will enjoy working in the fast pace of a start-up.
• Are passionate about loosely held values and ideas. We want someone who has experience but is not blinded by the path already taken.
