Data Analytics, Senior BI Developer

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Reporting & Analytics, this is an individual contributor role that is responsible for designing and developing data-enabled solutions that have a strategic impact on the business and are built on the latest technologies. You will need to balance a strong command of technical skills along with outstanding soft skills so as to communicate with both senior executives and technical team members. 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a connected ecosystem of dashboards, reports and business data sets across multiple different platforms (Tableau, Popsql, Alteryx Etc.)
• Effectively plan and design data projects in close collaboration with business users to implement impactful solutions.
• Partner with the Data Engineering team to ensure reporting tables address the needs of the business.
• Provide ‘self service’ reporting solutions for managers across the organization to effectively manage their business.
• Maintain a ‘Source of Truth’ for company-wide metrics.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in a Data/BI role.
• Advanced Proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
• Proven track record of successful dashboard development and adoption by business users.
• Strong familiarity with data warehouse environments (e.g., Google BigQuery).
• Ability to balance speed and accuracy - we work quickly but smartly.
• Nimble mindset - our business is growing and evolving quickly, you’ll need to too!
