Consultant – Artificial Intelligence & Data

What will your typical day look like: As a Consultant within our Artificial Intelligence & Data team you will work with a team of skilled AI & Data practitioners, coached by Directors and Partners, working on some of our client’s and country’s most complex challenges. You will be working with client executives and key stakeholders across a wide range of exciting organisations to understand their challenges and enable their strategic direction through becoming insight driven. Working collaboratively is a core value practiced every day.  You will play a key role in client engagement, creating / presenting deliverables and supporting your team to manage project work streams. You will be part of a collaborative team who will support your development and provide guidance and direction to achieve client outcomes.  We are a fun, caring and inclusive team who value people’s individual aspirations and connection to our purpose – to make an impact that matters. 

You are someone with:

• 2+ years demonstrated experience working as part of a team on engagements in the public or private sector.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to collect data, transform into useful information to better understand and analyse problems.
• Ability to communicate, present and contextualise technical/complex ideas concisely and accurately while adjusting style and tone to suit your audience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with both clients and your team to share information and ideas and together deliver project outcomes.
• Ability to understand how assigned areas of responsibility contribute to broader business objectives.
• A desire to seek out opportunities to continually learn and bring a positive outlook to new challenges.
• Some foundational knowledge of Data & Analytics Strategy, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Cloud Platforms & Data Visualisation concepts and leading practices.
• A passion for learning and helping organisations harness the power of AI & Data to drive performance and innovation.
