We are looking for an Intern Data Analyst to join our People team based in Barcelona, Spain.

In this role you will enable data-driven decisions at Wallbox for the People Department. It is a great opportunity for someone planning to build a career as a data analyst.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of the problems that need to be solved and gather requirements for analytical tasks
  • You will work close to the Project Manager of the People Dashboard project & other members of the team (People Operations, Rewards, TA, L&D)
  • Create insightful analysis and dashboards for improving our internal processes and monitoring the KPIs for People department
  • Improve the overall People quarter report with new proposals and new metrics
  • You will help to create an analytical culture within the People team
  • Create a solid database to guarantee we measure the correct information

Requirements

  • Academic background in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or similar
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with good exposure to SQL
  • Experience in working with Data visualisation tools (Eg: Tableau, Looker, QlikView)
  • You are motivated to get meaningful information out of large sets of data and can communicate your findings in a clear way
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented person
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluent in business English
