ABOUT US

CareGuide was founded with one thing in mind: to ensure that anyone in search of care can find it. We help people take care of the things that are closest to their hearts: their homes, their pets, their parents, and their kids.

We have ~40 full-time team members who share this commitment - we are parents, grandparents, pet lovers, daughters, and sons. We have millions of users who trust us to help them find care, and we work hard to make it possible

We know you see 100s of job postings every week, so thanks for making it far. If you feel like you would be a great fit for a fast-paced startup, where you will be challenged and rewarded on a daily basis, please apply - we promise it’s worth it. We think big, work hard, and celebrate successes and losses because both are equally important.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Data is at the center of almost everything we do at CareGuide. We use data to help understand the people who use our products, to decide how to improve our user experience, and to evaluate whether the features we build have had their intended impact.

As a Product Analyst, you'll partner with our product teams to build great products that make a real difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate is interested in more than just building dashboards - they are interested in helping to create a culture where data is truly accessible. You'll be coaching our team on how to best use data, designing our best practices, determining how we organize our data, and working to ensure that the data we have is accurate and easy to use.
