Role Brief:

Data is at the core of Plantix's business. We base decisions and actions on insights generated by data. You will join the Analytics team and work with the Product team to maximize user engagement and retention. You will also work with the Marketing team to optimize campaigns.

As a Data Analyst you will be a consultant to the above teams. You will be given loosely defined business questions, which you should answer by deep-diving into our data. You should help the teams define the appropriate metrics and will be expected to develop and maintain end-to-end analytics solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business problems to specific analysis
• Consulting business stakeholders on selecting the right metrics and how to track them
• Develop and maintain end-to-end analytics solutions (data pipelines, dashboards, etc.)
• Work as part of the Analytics team to choose the best tools and solutions for collecting, cleaning and analyzing data

Requirements

Job requirement:

• Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics etc.)
• 1-2 years of experience in analytics
• Knowledge of SQL
• Python or R knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
