Mintel is a global leader in providing consumer market research, competitive intelligence tools and customized consulting solutions to large organizations. We’re looking for a CRM Data Manager to join our Revenue Operations team who can create and execute processes and leverage technology to maintain our Salesforce CRM data in optimum condition to effectively support commercial teams and company objectives.

Through improving the quality of our CRM data, you will help to drive the ongoing strategic development of the key platforms that enable our sales teams to find, engage with and grow new accounts around the world. The successful candidate will also be responsible for systematically identifying gaps and anomalies in our overall data structure and driving compliance. 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Ensuring key data points on for example Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities are captured across the group with uniform compliance to facilitate:
    • our understanding of total addressable market
    • accurate segmentation of prospects for marketing automation and sales engagement purposes
    • pipeline and revenue reporting
  • Troubleshoot data-related problems and performing maintenance or modifications as needed
  • Identifying gaps in data strategy and coverage, formulating techniques (new tools/technologies, processes, etc.) for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
  • Building reports and performing data extractions as needed for wider analysis
